I improved my focus and clarity with fewer stomach pains.
I’ve been battling with CFS, social anxiety and IBS for many years now and I am open to trying anything.
I’m not in denial of CFS, far from it, but I don’t believe it’s here to stay. At some point I was fine and so now I believe I can return.
Here is a little drink I saw for helping with CFS/ME.
This comes from a celebrity doctor by the name of Dr. Axe. He claims that in today’s toxic life it’s hard to avoid them all with us eventually feeling low and with a lack of energy. And so using natural ingredients can help to cleanse internally.
Not sure where the claims come from as it looks quite loose and more of natural alternative medicine.
- 1 glass of warm or hot water (12–16 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½–1 teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon raw, local honey (optional)
I’ve taken this almost daily for about 2 months now and I’ve felt (apart from a cold) pretty good. My focus at times can be incredibly foggy (CFS) and I’ve felt I’ve been able to do things albeit on a small scale.
In my photo, you can see I’ve gone the simple option. By now I can add the amounts quickly.

I do honestly feel better and my health feels more consistent. As for weight loss. I have dropped 1kg with little exercise, so I will take that bonus.
